3:1 Intensive Course

A 3 day course designed to improve confidence & technique.

Our beginners crash course will have up to 3 swimmers per group. The instructor will be in the water, focusing on improving each swimmer's confidence in the water. The main focus of these sessions will be to encourage independence in the water, with and without the use of floats and improving confidence under the water.
