Instant Swim Academy

An introduction to competitive swimming. 

Join the Instant Swim Academy! These sessions are aimed at swimmers between the ages of 7 and 12, who want to progress to stages 6-10. Swimmers will work on skills such as starts, turns, fitness and individual stroke technique.

Swimmers must be able to swim 25m comfortably. Maximum 4 swimmers per class.
