Our Curriculum

Our lesson criteria has been carefully designed using a combination of Swim England, STA and Instant Swim skills to develop a well rounded and inclusive set of awards.

Our classes allow consistent progression, whilst developing a love for the water. As swimmers progress through the program, awards can be achieved and purchased on our Book & Shop page!
